Meet Meredith Kiep

What Separates Meredith from other agents in Boston?

Meredith goes above and beyond for each and every one of her clients. She is knowledgeable about the constantly changing market trends, extremely responsive, and dedicated to finding the best fit for her clientele. She takes the time to listen to her client’s needs in order to find the perfect home and help them through the entire process. Each of her clients benefits from her commitment to personalized and attentive service, business integrity, and extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods she serves.

Upon graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Communications and Sociology, she moved to the East Coast to take on new endeavors in the real estate world. Meredith first started in the industry in 2006 working for Cincinnati industry leader, Comey & Shepherd and later as an agent for Charlesgate Realty Group where she was consistently recognized as one of the Top 3 Agents at the firm. She has now brought her talents and expertise to the team at Berkshire Hathaway.

Meredith is a high energy, passionate, and client-focused realtor specializing in buying, selling and leasing residential real estate in the Metro Boston area. Her business philosophy is comprised of traditional values including hard work, attention to detail, and passion. Pairing this with Berkshire Hathaway’s commitment to technology and client services means exceptional results for each of her clients.

When she’s not in the office, one can find Meredith on the volleyball court, participating in different charity races, or enjoying an espresso in a local coffee shop. She also stays involved in the community by being green and through area organizations like HRC, ASCPA, and American Cancer Society.
